Super dry. Super minerally. Excellent intensity. Purity, absolutely. Hay, wheat, lime, flowery apples and talc, and of course that quartz-like quality. It’s tight through the finish, to the point where it doesn’t quite feel as long as it should; it will relax in time, and all will be sorted.
