"The Fleurie this year goes back to the original blend of fruit coming from La Madone and Labourons. The cool, wet year led to my decision to destem most of the fruit. The usual whole bunch component of around 60% was dropped to 15%. The Labourons vineyard is now 90 years old and produces wonderfully aromatic fruit from small bunches."
