"From Labourons, La Madone and Garenne. This version of Fleurie has been vinified with all the stems over 10 days cuvaison, aged in stainless steel and bottled in March under screwcap. A mix of crimson and purple. The bouquet has pure energetic Beaujolais notes, definitely some white pepper on top of the fruit. Light and fresh up front, more substantial behind, a bouquet of strawberries. Easy to open and easy to drink. Then open another one. Drink from 2023-2025. Tasted: October 2023."
